Supported Employment
Supported Employment provides ongoing support to an individual for as long as it is needed. This includes job development, placement, on the job training, job site integration, job site modification, job carving, retraining, new job skills, support for job advancement, job follow through and career planning.
Day Training
Day Training provides individuals with a disability and seniors with training and supports to help them acquire independent living skills. Day Training services provides the opportunities for a person to enhance self-esteem, maximize independent functioning, increase skill development, support and training for individuals to access community resources, and to relieve isolation.
Supported Job Based
Supported Job Based Training provides Supported Employment but is limited to 160 hours of training and job support.
Supported Living
Supported Living provides support to individuals with a disability and seniors who live in their own homes and need training to help them to live more independently. It provides training in activities of daily living, communication, personal care, home and community skills.
Family Support
Family Support provides direct assistance and training for the family to help increase their capabilities to care for their elderly or disabled family member. It also provides support and advocacy for the family in their home and community.
Respite Care
Respite care provides short term care for families caring for a disabled or senior family member. This helps to alleviate stress and meet emergency needs. It also helps them fulfill vacation and personal family plans.
